These terms are an agreement between you and HOLA ELECTRONICS L.L.C, Office 4-28, Hind Abdulghaffar Ghuloom Hussain Building, Al Khabaisi, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Negarit", "we", "us"), which operates the service at negarit.app.
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Negarit.

Negarit lets a business in Ethiopia advertise on social media and search platforms without opening its own advertising account on those platforms. You upload your advertisement, choose who should see it, set a budget in Ethiopian Birr and pay. We then create and run the advertisement on your behalf using advertising accounts that we own and pay for.
You are not buying an advertising account. You are buying advertising delivered through accounts we control.
You must be at least 18 years old and acting for a business or in a professional capacity. You must give accurate business information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe and tell us promptly at hello@negarit.app if you think someone else has access.
Review. Every order is reviewed by a person before it is submitted to an advertising platform. We may approve it, ask you to change it, or reject it.
Platform review. After we submit it, the advertising platform applies its own review. A platform may reject or stop an advertisement at any time, for its own reasons, and that decision is outside our control.
The identity shown on your advertisement. Advertisements run under a page that we own, unless you have connected your own page and chosen to use it. If a Negarit page is used, people who see your advertisement will see that page's name rather than your business name, and any likes, follows, comments or messages that the advertisement generates belong to that page. We will pass on messages and comments that relate to your campaign where we reasonably can. If this does not suit your business, do not place an order.
All prices are shown and charged in Ethiopian Birr. The amount shown when you place your order is the amount you pay.
When your payment is confirmed we issue advertising credit to your account and reserve the amount needed for your order. Advertising credit:
If a campaign spends less than the amount reserved, the unspent part is returned to your advertising credit when the campaign ends.
We sell a budget, not an outcome. We do not guarantee any number of views, impressions, clicks, messages, calls, sales or followers. Estimates shown in the product are estimates provided by the advertising platforms and may be wrong.
Figures reported after a campaign come from the advertising platforms. Those platforms frequently restate figures for several days. We report what they report to us.
You are responsible for your advertisement and for the product or service it promotes, including making sure it is lawful and accurate and that you own or are licensed to use every image, video, logo and piece of text you upload.
The following are not permitted on Negarit:
gambling and betting · adult content · tobacco, vaping and related products · weapons · illegal drugs · counterfeit goods · multi-level marketing · cryptocurrency trading and investment schemes · payday lending · political and social-issue advertising · miracle or guaranteed health cures · fake documents, certificates or credentials
Some categories — including health and medical services, financial services, alcohol, dating, weight loss, supplements, education with outcome claims, and real estate — are permitted but always reviewed closely.
Your advertisement must also comply with the rules of the platform it runs on.
If you break these rules we may reject the order, stop a running campaign, record a strike against your account, and after repeated breaches suspend your account.

Cash refunds are arranged by us; they are not automatic and are not available on request for a campaign that has already delivered.
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store it, adapt it to the technical requirements of each platform, and publish it as an advertisement on the platforms you have selected, for as long as needed to run and report on your campaign.
You confirm that you have the right to give us that permission.
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@negarit.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.
We work to keep Negarit available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Advertising platforms may change their rules or interfaces at any time, which can affect what Negarit can do.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, lost opportunities, or for the commercial results of any advertisement. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Negarit after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be decided by the Dubai Courts.
