Data Deletion

Negarit is operated by HOLA ELECTRONICS L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains how to ask us to delete the information we hold about you, what we delete, and what we have to keep.

What we hold about you

• Your account: your name, email address and, if you uploaded one, a profile picture. If you sign up with a password, we keep only a salted hash of it. If you sign in with Google, we keep the details Google sends us to sign you in.
• Your business profile: business name, business category, city, contact phone number, and, if you gave them, a WhatsApp number, Telegram username, website address and the link to your Facebook Page.
• Your campaigns: each Order you create, with the images, videos and text of its ad, the audience, budget and dates you chose, and the record of its review.
• Payments and ad credit: what you paid, your payment provider's transaction reference, any refund, and the Ledger entries that record your ad credit and how it was spent.
• Messages to us: feedback you send through the product.
• Sign-in records: your active sessions, with the IP address and browser each was started from.
• The waitlist: your email address, and your name and business name if you gave them, if you joined the waitlist before Negarit opened.

Negarit does not use Facebook Login. We never receive your Facebook account, your friends or your Facebook data, and we never hold an access token to your Facebook account or Page. If you gave us a link to your Facebook Page, we keep the link and nothing else.

How to ask for deletion

Email hello@negarit.app from the email address you use to sign in to Negarit, with the subject Delete my account. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours. If you no longer have access to it, say so in the email and we will ask you to confirm your identity another way.

Deletion is handled by a member of our team, not automatically. If you have a campaign that has not finished, we will contact you about it before we close your account.

What we delete, and what we keep

If you have never placed an Order, we delete your account entirely: your name, email address, sign-in details and sessions, business profile, notifications and feedback. We also delete your waitlist entry if you have one.

If you have placed an Order, we close your account so that it can no longer be used to sign in, and we delete your waitlist entry if you have one. We keep your Orders, the ads in them, your payments and refunds, and your Ledger entries, because they are financial records that accounting and tax law require us to keep. Your account details and business profile stay with them, because those records identify who paid and for what. We keep them for as long as the law requires and use them only for that purpose, to resolve disputes, and to meet the advertising platforms' rules.

This is the same commitment as in our Privacy Policy: we delete what we can, and we keep certain records where the law requires it.

How long it takes

We act on every request within 30 days of receiving it, and we email you when it is done.

Ads that have already run on Meta

Ads we ran for you on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger were delivered by Meta. Meta keeps its own records of those ads under its own policies, described at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Deleting your Negarit account does not delete Meta's records, and we cannot delete them on your behalf.

People who saw or responded to your ads are not Negarit users. We receive only totals from Meta — reach, impressions, clicks and spend — never the identity of the people behind them.
